Preparation for the Festival: the Work is in Full Swing!

Southeast Asia is one of the regions where polytheism and worshiping to idols is very popular. The president and founder of the Christ for All Cities Ministries pastor Henry Madava has been bringing the Good News about Jesus Christ to Thailand for seven years in succession. This year the Jesus Festival is being held in Roi Et, the administrative center of the province with the same name on the North East of the country. This area has not been widely reached by the Gospel yet.

Today was the day of preparation. In the morning, the ministers from Ukraine, Russia, and USA, who came as a part of the Festival team, gathered for a prayer to establish the authority of Jesus Christ in the spiritual world, according to the words of our Lord: "Behold, I give you the authority to trample on serpents and scorpions, and over all the power of the enemy, and nothing shall by any means hurt you" (Luke 10:19).

The day was saturated with many events: meetings with the organizing committee of the Jesus Festival, a prayer at the stadium where the Jesus Festival will be held in the next three successive days, discussions on the joint action plan with the Thai team. One of the primary issues that required special attention was transportation of all the people willing to visit the Jesus Festival. In this way people from nearby provinces were given an opportunity to come to the event and to receive their miracle from the Lord.

Special attention was given to technical questions as the installation of light and sound at the stadium. The ministers responsible for video recording and live streaming on the internet had to adjust all their tasks as well. It is important that not only the people present at the Jesus Festival personally but also people from other parts of the world could be touched by God's presence, receive salvation and healing, and be filled with God's power during the services.
