On Sunday morning pastor Henry was invited to preach in one of the churches in Bengaluru. He spoke about how one can be an always growing Christian. “Whenever we follow Jesus, He makes us grow. God reveals Himself to the people who are hungry and thirsty. If we wish to grow in God, we need the power of the Holy Spirit in our lives. There is no growth until you start doing something,” pastor Henry preached. In the end of his sermon he prayed for the sick. Many people were healed and raised their hands to confirm their healings.
The second day of the Jesus Festival in Bengaluru started from the morning pastoral service. Over 200 pastors and church leaders gathered together to listen to pastor Henry’s teaching from the Word of God about the heavenly calling. In the end of the service, many pastors came in front for a prayer on God’s calling in their lives and acceleration in their ministries. The Holy Spirit moved in a powerful way to change the hearts of pastors and to break the power of division between the pastors and churches.
Today the Jesus Festival has come to Bengaluru, a big city in India with a population of about 10 million people. This is the third Jesus Festival organized by the Christ for All Cities Ministries and pastor Henry Madava in India.
